This series of 3 x half-day Saturday workshops to be held on: 14th May, 4th June and 25th June, from 9am – 12 midday.
Carla Neale and Sandra Bond are both psychologists. They enjoy working and facilitating together. With more than 20+ years of mindfulness practice between us, we combine our expertise and areas of interest and are excited to offer you what we know.
The Venue – Silo Paddington

The workshops will be light, engaging and involve learning through both theory and practice. All adults are welcome and can benefit from these workshops, whether you have specific difficulties you’d like to work through, or you’re just curious about the topics.
$300 for the series of 3 workshops. Each workshop will build on the previous one which will deepen your experience and learning.
