Professional Development for Women
Want to make changes in your life but don’t know how?
There are several issues which impact on women in today’s demanding work environments. They often struggle with balancing work and personal commitments, feel blocked by self-doubts and insecurities, or even question their capabilities. Women frequently underestimate their own capabilities and hold themselves back because they think they’re “not good enough” or sabotage themselves whenever they try to make changes in their life.
This program draws on research in neuroscience, mindfulness and emotional intelligence to provided practical, evidence-based strategies to manage yourself more effectively, deal with difficult situations, improve your decision-making, and engage and collaborate with others with greater confidence. It helps you be more effective in your work and personal life.
“If we keep doing what we’re doing, we’re going to keep getting what we’re getting …” Stephen R. Covey, First Things First
Each day we have approximately 60,000-70,000 thoughts, most at an unconscious level. The surprising thing is that most of our thoughts are the same each day! Yet, we expect to make changes in our lives even though we keep thinking the same thoughts.
And those same thoughts lead us to repeat the same behaviours. No wonder it’s hard to change our habits. If you are ready to make some real changes in your life, this program will help you become the person you’d like to be.
